What we store

Your email, an optional phone number and travel date, and the list file you upload. We ask for nothing else. We do not collect diagnoses, medical records, or photographs of you.

How your list is used

Your list is read by an automated document reader to produce an item list, then checked by a My Recovery Bag team member. The file is stored privately and is only accessible to you and our team. Anonymized item data may be used to understand which supplies are commonly requested.

Payments and email

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. Transactional emails are sent through Resend. Product analytics are collected with PostHog and are not sold.

Deleting your data

Email us from the address on your account and we will delete your list and details within 30 days.
